Diary: 12 & 13 January 2005

It was a normal morning I woke up at about 5 to get ready to go to work. As I was dressing up I heard Alex scream, 1st I taught he was letting out some steam them I heard it again bit longer now I taught he hurt himself in the toilet. Me and Dad rushed to see what the commotion was all about apparently a rat was in the bathroom wanting to escape as my brother was taking his bath. There was nothing much we could do we asked him to come out from the toilet and waited for the rat to escape. We haven't had rat problems for a very long time apparently its back. Now we have to set up traps tonight.

As I reached office I noticed that the office staff was sleeping instead of watching the services. I was quite shocked, back in the day when I began my carrier at the very same position we never took snoozes. We were awake throughout the shift. I decided to my own bussing so I headed to my office on the 7th floor. Later that morning I had a meeting with Lester, after the meeting I told Lester about the incident about the sleeping operators, I did it because one of my services weren't updated by them. He was schocked to hear it, at athat very moment Mr. Hkng (Operations Manager) had to come in so he was informed about it to.

The gals, Lenny and I had lunch at Phileo 1 today. We showed them the place around it. There weren't much changes in the place, one or two new restaurants. Eve came online and chatted with me, she is already back down in Malaysia. She wants to meet me and Mel up. Lets see how it goes. Will we really meet up.. God knows.

Its already CNY and Valentines Day for me, I'm preparing content to be sold to the Telco's already, again its a rush job. Oh yeah I've created some really romantic Valentines Greeting packages which you can send to your phone or that someone special all the pre-set messages is personally done by me. I assure you those sending my packages will definitely get some on Valentines Day. Trust Me ! ! !

I left office at about 7.30 I made a slight detour to the Mall to withdraw some cash from the ATM. The McD's was near by so I decided to get a Chocolate Sunday... Wasn't that good. I had a very lite dinner and I took an early nap. I had to take an early nap as I had t wake up much early to finish my Greeting Packages. I was in the office by 6-ish in the office still one of the operators were sleeping.. sigh they never listen.

I began working racing against time to finish all my task. I didnt have any lunch but I did have a big breakfast with Caroline, Jennifer and Shelly. I finished my priority things but there are still some more stuff. I had a small tiff with Shelly who wanted her project 1st but being us we made up by the time we left the office. Me and Lenny was supposed to head to Chillies for dinner but something came up. I again went to the Mall McD's to get my dinner as I dint have lunch I worked up quite an apetite. I tried the prosperity burger, nothing great...
I went home to see my mum teaching tuition so I quitely had my dinner. Alex and Andrew was studying in room.

I smsed Shari and Anne and they were sharing with me their ordeal how the blackout effected them. My office wasn't affected by it as it had allot of backup generator... All the staff in KLCC was advise to take the steps down to the lobby. Shari was telling m,e how she was at Tesco's and they had to use a calculator to check out their customers items. Anne was stuck in Mines as the train didint work. I only found today apparently there is no bus service to Mines service. Andrew only came back only at 5 as there was no train service. It was obvious member was lepaking with his frens. His excuse was I dint know how to take the bus back home... lame in it.
