Is it me or am I the last to know that KL is being a darker place. Murders in our everyday paper; fathers having incest relationship with their daughter; shady characters every corner we look. I wonder what’s happening, are people jobless that they have to resort this kind of things. Or are there no outlets for people to take it out. KL is being a dangerous place to live in these days I guess. I know one of my friends I planning o settle down and move away from KL as he says its getting to congested and to past paced. His soon to be wife is the one who suggested it and he is seriously thinking of moving away to Penang or Ipoh to start of a business of his own.
Out of all this hatred in KL I have been struck with innocence. Over the couple of days I’ve been meeting with toddlers. Where ever I go there is always one to make me smile. I remember going to Midvalley Guardian and there was this Chinese kid which kept on smiling at me. We played with each other as his dad carried him as we stood in line in the cashier counter. That same kid ran and hugged me in front of Pizza Hut as I passed by. You got to feel good when that happens. Along my train rides there were toddlers smiling at me. I’ve noticed kids do tend to get close to me but parents are the one who always use me to scare them cause of my stern face.
Mum and dad are back from Langkawi, I got a bottle of Vodka from them. Both of them looked bushed. They went to bed by 10-ish. I was watching Apprentice and I must say that this year’s contestants are all about themselves and are all so un-experience. Comparing last years contestants, most of them are chumps, in-experience, . The only person I see who really has potential is Raj Baktha and Kelly. I’m going to burst your bubble now for those who don’t want to know the ending of Apprentice skip this paragraph. The winner of Apprentice season 2 is Kelly. Please note that I was rooting for Raj as I think he really had potential.
Do you know they already have Apprentice season 3 and 7 people have already been fired. The participants look dodgier that season 2. We will just have to wait and see when it comes to our place.
