Diary: 29 March 2005

Apparently an earthquake hit Malaysia at about 12.30. I didn’t feel a thing. I only found out about when I went I headed to the office and picked up the Sun and I noticed that the front page was about the Tsunami. I was thinking why they are covering old news. I meet Logen and told him there was another earth quake in Indonesia. He told me that the quake could be felt here at 12 ish. He nor I didn’t feel the shake, the operators in the office ran outside of the building when they felt the shake. Luckily all systems were go and we didn’t have any issue. I sat down with Daryl and Logen for breakfast and this was what we only could talk about.

Intan came in late as later I found out that her flat shook as well. She told me that she felt her bed rock, being dazed she taught it was a poltergeist at work... hahaha. Her fish tank water spilt to the floor but her fish was ok. The place had to be vacated. Intan and her family could only move in 4 hours after the quake. Michelle took EL today as well. Her excuse was I had to vacate to my mum’s house and I have nothing to wear for work. Lester wasn’t to please with her attitude and her excuse.

At about afternoon ish most of my team members felt the after shock of the quake. I taught it was a prank till I alerts from KLCC. I quickly telephoned Shari to make sure she was ok and advised her to get back home. Apparently I hear Menara TR has reported a crack in the building. We joked how this could only happen to Celcom. KLCC confirmed there was a mini earthquake as they sent our email confirming it. I didn’t feel a thing my ass I think is fitted with shock absorbers.

Do you remember the time where we were in school and the teacher said we were near the ‘Garisan Khatulistiwa’ and we had no chance in hell to get an earthquake, well I guess our teachers knows nothing or we just got played. Now what worries me is that our buildings are not earthquake proof what so ever. But makes you wonder why is Mother Nature/God is picking on Indonesia. There goes their tourism business and ours as well. Hmm now it looks like its much safer to stay in Europe... hahahaha

I had to stay back to finish up my new campaign. Lenny had been a dear; he has been helping out with my other works. We left office at about 9-ish. I was practically bushed but I had to finish up my chores. I had to wash my clothes and iron them. Dragging my feet I got it done and hit the sack

Diary: 28 March 2005

The work has been quite ok today. Hasmida didn’t show up, she was supposed to be half day to tend to her sons doctors appointment but never showed up till the end of the day. I had to do a rush presentation for today’s Sales and Marketing HOD Meeting… HOD Wei… Head of Department. How I have longed to be in that circle. Bit of course it’s not what it’s cut out to be. Like Uncle Ben you to say to Peter Parker with Great Power come Great Responsibility or more like Great Headache/Stress. I had to come up with this month’s actual figure versus projected; looking by it I will surpass my target. Yippeee…

Only me and Sharon have been able to reach our Targets, are department has fallen short from their projection. The worst was Shelly she was far, far, far, far away from her target. It was obvious that we didn’t achieve our target as a collective whole. Lester of course was really that happy with our achievements. When it came to projecting next month’s target I got a ‘Kepala Hotak Hang’ from Lester he wanted me to make more than I suggested. It’s going to be difficult. But when times do get difficult I always remember this….

Well this will be my Mantra for a while till I find a stronger one.

The meeting finished at about 7.30-ish where headed to the mamak stall for tea break. Zaki bought us tea, that’s very nice him. I was practically exhausted after the meet. I just wanted to fall asleep as soon as I reached home but of course that was not possible as I had to wash clothes and iron for the next day. By the time I was done I was really bushed, mum didn’t help at all as kept on nagging how fat I am. Like duh… don’t I know it. Will you just SHUT UP! ! !

Mum has been hopping for me to leave the company and find greener pastures, What is wrong with this her. Can’t she understand that I actually happy with my work, I get to play KING. She wants me to join Maxis, Digi or Celcom. I wish she would just leave me alone.

Diary: Holy Week

This week I really had a hectic week. Work was at its most pressure as I am getting ready to roll out another service to rack in more cash for the company. I’m lil annoyed with Lester because he keeps bringing me down. Even though I will be making what I projected he told me upfront it was no good. The 2nd Inter HOD meeting will be held next Monday. We are to discuss about last months projection and did we make it and also next month’s projection. I’ve already prepared mine, again its going to be hard to fulfill it, Lester won’t be happy with my suggested projection but hey that’s just how it goes.

I beginning to work on my content management team to work more independently now, I’m preparing them for my leave (if I ever go lah), sometimes when you are so pressured up you so think that you would just leave the company, but then you cool down and say ‘Hey, that would be such a chicken thing to do, and besides you are the King of your company’. Mum is hopping for me to leave the company, GOD knows why. I am happy with where I work. She thinks I should go to Maxis cause of my knowledge in the Content field and there would be great benefits. My mum knows nothing…..

It was the holy week beginning with Holy Thursday. I didn’t attend mass for Holy Thursday because I had to finish up my campaign. Although I didn’t go for church I still managed to go church hopping (Vigil) with the family. We began with St John, then St Anthony, Holy Rosary, Holy Fatima, Sacred Heart and the St Joseph. I love doing this church hopping it something like a lil pilgrimage. You go to each church, prayer a solemn prayer (short one) and you head to next church. You sometimes get to see people you have lost contact with. This year I met Mary Anne. She was from my confirmation batch; I meet her in St Anthony. We had a lil chat and we exchanged numbers, now we can keep in contact.

I took half day for Good Friday; I should have taken the whole day off. I was fasting and I only had a glass of Nescafe to drive me the whole day. I made sure that the team was settled and they knew what is wanted out of them. Sales statistic was high so it was ok and Lester wouldn’t pressure the team tat much when I was away. Intan was a dear and she stopped me at Bangsar; she was actually on her way to McD to have lunch. I took a cab from Bangsar to Holy Rosary church. They had the station of the cross going on so I joined, feeling solemn. I could pray to GOD cause today was his day of suffering what can you tell him. You just can’t imagine the suffering his been too (go watch Passion of Christ, barbaric). Are you supposed to console him?? You better not asking any request from him because he died for you today? It was just like a funeral. You can’t really say much cause no words can bring someone comfort.

I stepped up my sacrife on the last week of lent by going a strict vegetarian. Cause, my ultimate sacrifice is meat cause I can’t have enough of em. I’m starting to think maybe it’s a good thing. Mon – Fri just do the vege thing and weekends we attack the meat. You might thing this funny but I had dreams about meat. Lenny didn’t make it easier too cause he piled up on the chicken and the purposely asked for chicken curry to annoy me. Arrgghhh…..

I had to meet up with the Media people for dinner on Good Friday. Guess where they decided to have it Jakes Steakhouse. Temptations, Temptations. I had vegetarian nachos, with a side of buttered broccoli and corn. It was actually good. But again Lenny had half roasted chicken with wedges, Shelly had a rib-eye steak, the media people had roasted lamb. God my mouth is still watering by it… After dinner we headed to Bangsar Village for desert. Shelly introduced us to a place called Bakerzia. We had some chocolate ice-cream fudge thingy which was heavenly and pistachio crème Brule. After a nice chit-chatting with the media owner I and Lenny headed back. I reached home at about 11-ish I was tired but I just wanted to relax before I slept. I turned on the TV and did some channel surfing till 1 a.m.

The next day I only woke myself up at about 9-ish. It was officially over I could eat meat. I headed to the kitchen to see what mum cooked for lunch, sneak something for me. I open the pots and pan and I was shocked. Mum cooked mock char siew and veges. I was like should we still be vegetarian cause if we were to I skipping it cause I NEED MEAT… I called mum and she said she just cooked it for fun. I watched my weekly dosage of cartoons and headed out to 1 Utama to meet up with Shelly and Marcia for lunch. I got a lil going away gift as I’ll be missing her on my birthday. We had a wonderful time together the lot of us. We joked about Shelly Banks and her 3rd world life… hehehehe

I headed back home took a short nap, I received an SMS from Melman asking if I wanted to go to Thai Club because Yoges was going there. I couldn’t go because I was heading to the Easter Eve’s mass. I just wonder why we still have to jump when Yogi’s name is mention it’s not like his a friend back to us anyway in it. His only bothered bout himself. Yes there was a time where I used to jump for him cause we were buddies, and buddies do anything for each other. Now we are just quittances. Lives goes on.

Mass was ok lah I guess it had 4 readings and I wasn’t listening to any of it. I and Alex were making silly jokes in church. When they were lighting the candles and passing it on we were singing Lloyd Banks hit, ‘We on fire, up in here its burning hot we on fire….’ We were supposed to renew our faith but I hesitated answering the 1st question… Do you reject Satan, I know I said I do cause it was expected of you but I wonder do I really reject Satan. Would it be fun without him? Mass was ok Father gave away bread and holy water and we lit a candle and brought it all the way home and lit the alter with it. Mum used to tell me that my grandfather used to lit a cigarette with the fire and carry it back home cause it was quite a walk and it was afraid it would put out along the way once home he would lit the alter.

Everyone slept after that I stayed up till 3 in the morning watching Blade. I woke up at 10 the ext day got ready and left about 11. Everyone was late and I cursed my mum for having bad time management. We could have left home much later and I could have had a longer nap. We gathered at Uncle Tony’s house for Easter. His house was nice. We had a nice lunch. I only had the dishes cause they were so many of em. We had chicken curry, kicap chicken, egg sambal, prawn sambal, salad, sweet and sour fish (yuck), dried chili beef. We washed it down with ice-cream. Uncle Tony and his son was kind enough to play the piano for us. Aunt B bought some cake for tea which we enjoyed. It was freaking hot in Shah Alam. We left at about 5 in the heavy rain.

Diary: My Note

Hello my blog readers,

It’s been nearly a week since I’ve updated my blog. I hope you find the pictures and write ups that I have put up amusing. Over this past week I have been up with my usual work. I have been unable to blog recently because of 3 reasons.
1. I was either too busy to blog on that day because I had tons of work.
2. I was either too lazy to blog on that day because I just wanted to slack off
3. I was playing ping pong (flash game) on the PC.

All valid reasons rite. Hehehehe

This week work was a bit hectic. I had to come up with some whitepapers for new services and do some amendments in some. The RnD team has been very nice to me although I know at the back of me they have been giving me the bossy title, etc. Hey like my boss would say I don’t run a charity home, I run a business.

I had 2 great lunches tis weekend worth mentioning in my blog. One was with Intan and Aimee. It was my 1st time having lunch with them. Content Dev Team is a bit to themselves. I sometimes find it hard to penetrate in to that team. But I have no problem conversing with Intan. Intan is the most open minded, humorous, intelligent Malay person have meet after a very long time. Intan wanted me to show her how to get to Bangsar from our office, so we decided to get lunch there as well. Aimee tagged along. She is such a silent creature yet witty when she wants to be. We had lunch in Naili’s where all 3 of us had nasi briyani ayam. We sat and we chatted. Talking stuff while Aimee listen and laughed. Intan shared with us that she always begin a new job with a crush, me and Aimee tried to guess who it was but to no avail di Intan let her tongue slip. On the way back to the office, Aimee got us some ice-cream ad Intan was playing some games with her which was disgusting.

My next lunch date was with Lenny and Nizam. I headed to the new KFC (350th Branch). Its located next to the University Hospital so next time u have a sick or a dead relative u can visit them and them pop in to it. You don’t even have to step out of your car because it has a drive thru too. I wasn’t that hungry so I had a zinger burger combo while the others had their chicken. The place was kind of cool with nice woven chairs which will definitely stain sooner or later. They had to pick white. How dumb could they be? Nizam tried to flirt with the KFC cashier but he didn’t produce a thing. There were lots of UM students there having a get together. Lots of gals to do lil eye watching if you get what I mean.

Over the last week I receive some news that one of my close friends will be moving to greener pastures. I guess it was about time I’m a bit sad to see my friend go but guess it’s for the best. Wish him luck

Today was Palm Sunday. I kind of like Palm Sunday for the wrong reasons. I like to play with the palms. Ever since I was a young kid my dad would make me a cross from a coconut palm leaf. I dislike the normal ones given out because u couldn’t do much with it anyway. If anyone asked me what did your pass you down I would say he taught me how to tie a palm into a cross and other stuff as well. How many of you know how to do it. Ha… I know. This year they didn’t have any coconut palms I was quite disappointed didn’t want to break tradition I made mini palms from the big leaf palms they we rolled played the Passion of Christ during mass I could not but help remembering myself of the movie. It was hurtful, and barbaric.

Diary: Weekdays

Hi guys,

I hope you readers a re enjoying my writing and my pictures that I have put up for you. It’s been a while since I put anything up on the blog because I was partially 60% busy and 40 % lazy. But before I begin blogging my daily events with you let me please share with you a dream I had today (18 March 2005). I once told you that I felt so uncomfortable being in church and I just left it. I prayed and asked HIM why this happened and I guess he gave me an answer. I dreamt that I was living in an old hut (KTM Quarters type house) and in front of me was the church. It was night time and the church was having some kind of festivities it was lit with bright lights. I was with a man with beard. I told him that I was afraid to enter the place and he said to me that is the safest place any man can be in. I woke up after, weird….

The week has been averagely well for me, nothing great happen except for the fact that I picked up my passport… wohhooo London here I come. I may have some problem with the customs though; Lenny keeps saying I look like a thug/terrorist. Imagine boarding a 13 hour plane u reach customs and they say u can’t enter, please take the next flight out. Arrghh……

My team has been hitting their marks for our daily sales. I really hope we make this months target although one of my brands is falling short. Above all the team is sticking like glue although I think Caroline needs to sharpen her communication skills (very blunt). I had wonderful lunch with Intan and Aimee the other day. We had chicken briyani at Naili’s. Intan wanted me to show her how to get to BSC Bangsar so we decided to have lunch near there as well. We began to talk about stuff. Aimee is a quite person so most o the time she kept to herself. Intan shared with us that when she joins a company she needs to have a crush. She didn’t want to tell us who so kept on guessing who it was. We found out it wasn’t from our team and nor was he/she Malay. Hmm wonder who it is. Aimee bought us Ice-cream after lunch.

The other day I had lunch wit the guys at KFC, newly opened nearby the University hospital. Apparently the 350th branch comes also with a drive through. The ambience inside was not like the usual place. It had nice woven seats, being new the food was fresh, friendly staff.

I'll contunue my story later. I just got some bad news....

Diary: 13 March 2005

I woke up early to head to church. I was fine I guess but as I reached to the steps of the church all of a sudden my ankle acts up, I quickly find a seat and get ready for mass. While mass begins all I begin to feel dizzy and faint like. I wonder why. It could be because I didn’t have my breakfast before coming or at least some water. I try to shake it off but all of a sudden I feel restless like I’m not supposed to be here. I start to think this is the work of the devil trying to get me out of church but hey the devil can’t enter church in it. See I’m already crazy…..

I leave church because I feel utmost agitated and most uncomfortable in church. I think next week I’m heading to St Joseph next week with my mum. I’m thinking of staying clear of St John for some time. After leaving church half the way I feel much better. I leave to Lotus to have breakfast just to make sure I don’t faint. I stop by the Kiosk to get the Sunday Mail and head back home. As I reach home I find that there are strangers in my house coming in and out like its no big deal. Mum is busy with Siti’s wedding. I know after this is all over I will be the next target. As I sit in my room playing strip poker on my phone (Yes you can get it at eBuzz4u.com.my)... damm I can’t win enough to get her strip her clothes off.

Anyway Siti was getting married today people came in and out our house getting ready and all. The wedding was held in at a nearby hall near by my house. It was a classic Malay wedding, it’s not your buffet or you sit down lunch. It was the real deal Malay wedding where u had the thing to wash your hands in, food was served to you by relations. The food tasted very good it was nasi briyani, ayam mas merah (a must in Malay wedding), a mutton dish, and dhal. The food was heavenly, maybe because I was eating it by hand after a long time, maybe the briyani just tasted so good. They gave out Cloud nine chocolates as substitutes for eggs. Hey I wanted eggs, you only get that if only you did the majlis renjis-merinjis.

After lunch I head back home watched somebody get their ride pimped on MTV and have a short nap. I wake up late evening did my chores and slept late

Diary: 12 March 2004

I woke up today at 5.50 am why am I waking so early on a Saturday morning. Well I’m going to do my passport today. I headed to Customs office located in Wilayah Complex. I paid RM 15.40 for my form, pictures, and a Photostat copy of my IC. I stood in line and I noticed that some people are still selfish enough to jump queue. What has happen aren’t we civilized enough to queue anymore? Queuing up took most of the time making the passport was a breeze I was out of there by 8.30. I called mum to tell her about my accomplishment and she tells me Siti is in my room sleeping so if I go home she asks me to be quiet. I decide not to go home because it would just lead to complications. Siti is to get married this Sunday and her family and my family have been like one big family. We were actually close one time when we were growing up. We could tell ourselves anything but something happen and we just drifted a part.

I decided to have breakfast in Lotus. I had a rava thosai and Milo ice (quite good) I had a very slow breakfast to waste my time as my next appointment was only at 12. I left to KLCC at 10. I began walking around searching for a new wallet. I’m sad to say that I’m really not into Isetans’s collection anymore I see that Parkson have wide range of it. I got a wallet from there. The ankle by now is killing me so I make short stops to rest my feet. I head to Ezy video to get my collection the lady greets me with a smile and tells me all the new collection. I get King Fu Hustle, The Incredible (DVD) and later on Sepet. By the time I finish I jus cant walk anymore so I sit down front of the shop and watch incredible the movie being played. I meet Shari outside of the shop where she looks stunning as always.

We have lunch in Dome where I’m really not that hungry I order a sandwich which taste like sate on a bread with grilled onions. I end up just having the breast of chicken with the salad. We walk around KLCC, I’m shock to see that they finally have a McD in KLCC. We hunt for a present but didn’t end up getting it. We headed to rooms where we say some cosmic ball, cute rubber duckies, and some beanie bags which say something. We head to the cinema after that. I get my cheesel and a ice lemon tea where else Shari get a pop corm for herself. We headed to the cinema and we noticed there was a mix crowd watching the movie.

Let me tell u up front that I rate this movie 5/5.Why because it didn’t need to have big budget marketing like Putri Gunung Ledang. It was from word of mouth you got good reviews from word of mouth which by the way is the best advertising there is. What do I know from the movie I know its directed and written by the Petronas adverts person. We all love the Petronas adverts from you emotional one to the funny joking ones. The movie was one big Petronas advert if you know what I mean. It was very down to earth,, realistic in so many ways. Very open minded. I could relate to it. I suggest all u lovebirds and those who are jiwang at heart please do go see the movie. To me it’s the best Malaysian movie made so far. Hats off to the director Yasmin Ahmad. She did the movie her way. Blady Brilliant.

After the movie we headed home but just before that we saw Sharon at chilies so we surprised her. She was flabbergasted to see us. She was lost of words, we had a 5min chat and we headed back home. Shari sent me home; I took a short nap with me still feeling the essence of the movie. I woke up just in time for dinner, too my bath had something and I was in my broom finishing up my blog

Diary: 10 & 11 March 2005

Thursday and Friday pass me buy, nothing much really happen except it was eBuzz 5th year anniversary and we were giving out free downloads to customers. The reply was that adverts were excellent. I was short on my daily targets for that day because we had to pay for the advert and since it was free we had no returns on it. Hopefully the spill would be awesome.

I got some managerial advice from Lester; he told me that I was very dominant in my team although that was a good thing I needed to make sure that the other people in my team doesn’t feel inferior to me. Hmm I see the errors in my way I will have to change. Sharon is kind of addicted to playing pool and keeps on inviting me to play with her… hahaha been there done that. I notice after the company trip the whole team has been much closer and friendlier. I see why we do it every year. It’s good to build a relationship in the office based on trust.

Anne shifted to her new house, so she is no longer a Sentul gal. Now she is a Damansara Gal. I wish her happy moving and when’s the house warming party. Poor gal has never had her holiday for herself she always had something up. Life sometimes is just like that.

Diary: 9 March 2005

I woke up at 8 a.m., I see mum in the couch relaxing I quite surprised to see her. She sees the expression in my face and tells me she is going to work late. I get ready to do my atm cards I leave at 9.15 to PWTC to begin my 1st chore. The BBC was open at about 9.30 and I got my atm card done. There wasn’t much hassle just the basic issue of filling out form. I got the card for me to use immediately but I had to wait for the pin to come to my house. After BCB it was off to Maybank. I head to the HQ to get it done. I fill up the form wait for 30 min for my number to be called. As always I had my book to accompany me. I’m reading Kavita Desawani’s For Matrimonial Purposes. I must say they is a hint of desperation in the character but quite good. So back to my story, when its my turn they tell me they cant see my signature so I have to go back to the branch I open my account to get it done.

It was bad enough that my ankle was acting up making it difficult to walk. I took a cab to Jalan Ipoh Maybank (opposite Dynasty) there wasn’t much of a queue and I had already fill up the form. The teller updated my book got my Maybank card which I could immediately unlike BCB I had to wait. I headed to Ayamas to get lunch for myself… yum yum ayam perchik. I stopped by the cobbler to get my shoe re-padded. I also stopped by guardian to get the ankle supporter thing which was now practically killing me. I left home had my ayamas lunch, took a short nap. Checked on the office and that was it. My dad let me borrow was his wallet for mew to use till I get one of my own

Diary: Bad Spell After Gratefull

You know how it feels to have over sleep…. Well for me you just get sleepier and lazy. I had to drag myself of the bed iron a shirt and pants. I just wanted to take MC/EL and just get back in bed. I took the bus at Kota Raya and took the 21C and I slept in the bus. When it came to my stop I got down and I headed to the office as I reached office I notice my wallet was not with me. I was shocked that this ordeal could happen to me, I’m always aware of my personal things, it was either the guy next to me took my wallet or it slipped in the bus which was highly irregular as I kept my wallet in my front pocket.

I wanted o scream my head off, how such a thing could happen to me. Arrrrghhh!! ! !. I quickly called to block my credit cards, my atm cards.

Logen took me out for breakfast as I was broke flat with no documentation whatsoever to state I was Malaysian and not a foreigner. I called Lenny and told him what happen he told me to get ready and we would go to the Police office to make a report. We headed to TTDI Police Station where the police officers were actually very helpful then the normal pompous officers. I made my report paid RM 2 for my report and headed back to office. I lost my ID card, Licenses, a big sum of money. I was very disappointed with myself. How could I be so careless?

Lenny was so stable minded he calmed me down he really fits the quote ‘a friend in need is a friend in deed’. I was actually quite distracted to work with my items being lost and all. I was scheduling in my head what I should do 1st do my IC, License, ATM cards. As Monday was a holiday the meetings was pushed to Tuesday. I wasn’t really paying attention in the meeting. I was just hoping someone would just call me and tell me they found my wallet. Sometime during the meeting I got a missed call. I called back and some Bangladeshi guy says he has my wallet and he is in Ikano Power Tower waiting for me. I jump up leave the meeting in progress I explain to Lester I was jacked and someone has my wallet now. I call Lenny to drive me there. He tells me not to be so excited it could be some Bangladeshi guys intending to jump me.

Now I’m worried, what if they want to jump me; it was new for us to get to Ikano Power Tower so we made some mistakes reaching there. I found these 2 shady Bangladeshi guys; He gave me all my cards. I asked him where my wallet was he said he threw it away and took all my cards and called me. Sounds funny init. I didn’t want to press anything so I took my cards tipped him RM 10 and I left I was just grateful that I had my ID and I don’t have to go to the trouble of re doing the whole thing. I just need to do my ATM cards. I found it funny that the credit card dept was much simpler to work with they blocked my card and they would send me a new one but I for ATM I had have the hassle of filling up forms.

I could breathe better now. Lenny took me for lunch and everything was going to be fine. Work continued I was neither here or there. I left office the office at 6. I reached home and I just gratefull…..

Diary: Redang Day 3

I wake up early so that I can send back the 1st batch of people; I haven’t really recovered from yesterday’s night’s ordeal. I have two cups of coffee to begin my day. I meet Eddie in the breakfast line, I’m surprised his chirpy and sober. I have the usual fried eggs and toast. Everyone is all geared up to get back. All taking last minute pictures, mingling around and chowing down. I meet up Saira who will be leading the 1st Batch back home. I make sure she has the tickets. I also make sure that all the room bills are taken care of individually, cause I aint paying for their stuff.

I bid farewell to the lot of them, and wishing a safe journey back home. Me, Lenny, Wai, Winnie and Ming leave the crew and head for a short SPA treatment. We are driven to the SPA place where we are received by 2 masseuses. The guys and gals separate as we head into separate SPA rooms. I was first for the massage. I was massaged by this old chap who was excellent. He used coconut oil boiled with herbs and flowers. It didn’t have an oily feel when it touched your skin. I was massaged all over the body and I was practically in heaven.

After the massage I headed to the sauna to sweat myself out for 20 minutes. I have never sweat like that before; sweat droplets were coming from everywhere. After the sauna a nice shower and then I headed to the Jacuzzi for some relaxation. In the Jacuzzi tub I realized I just went through the Chinese way of cooking, you tenderize the meat (massage) then u steam in (sauna). Funny init.

After a relaxing massage the lots of us were lil late, we rushed back to our room and pack up anything that was left. There was nothing much actually just toiletries as I’ve already packed most of my stuff yesterday night. I was the 1st to be in the lobby. To check out my stuff and to settle my bill. Lester came along and he sat in the corner bit grumpy, He sat in the coffee house later with Shelly talking over a coconut drink. I think I wasn’t welcomed to the conversation as I felt the weirdness being there. While sitting in the awkward table I remembered I forgot the flight tickets I ran back to the room to get it. I went back to the lobby and found everyone there and made a head count… Lost no one... Pheeewww!! !

We were making jokes about Sachin, on how he behaved yesterday night in our drinking session. I thanked Agnes of Berjaya for scheduling the event well and taking care of us very well. Mr Mok the General Manager of the Redang resort wish me well and ask me to come back and bring a girl friend… yeah right like that’s ever going to happen. We left to the airport at 1 we did the normal checking in by 1.40 our plane arrived. I enjoyed the take off as I think the pilot taught he was playing a drag race. It was like your in a car and your driver just clicked NOS. The flight back was bit shaky, Sachin was having flight sickness. He slept all the way. We reached Subang Airport at about 3.

We said our goodbyes to our colleagues. Jeevan received me and Lenny. It was back again to our usual banter and making fun of Lenny. I was in stitches again. We headed to Kelana Jaya as we were quite hungry and we decided to head to KFC. All of us had our 3 piece chicken set. As we ate we washed our eyes among the beautiful Indian gals around the area. Jeevan showed his chicken to those who looked at us, inviting then top join us… He’s such a joker. Lenny dropped me at KL Sentral where I took my monorail back home. I unpacked my dirty clothes and left whatever inside. I was just to lazy to unpack. I took a long bath and went to bed….
